Returns & Exchange

What is the return and exchange policy? 

You can exchange or return your Deleitewear product free of charge the first time within 14 calendar days after receiving. In the case of a second or further exchange, you will have to assume the shipping costs (5€ in Spain  and 15€ in Europe and the Canary or Balearic Islands).

We do not accept exchanges if you have worn the Deleitewear garment on the street or if you have used it at home for several days.

How can I request the exchange or return of an item?

At Deleitewear, we strive to make your purchases a delightful experience. But if, for any reason, this is not the case, it is possible for you to exchange or return your order.

 

Please send an email to laura@deleitewear.com and let us know if you would like an exchange or a return and the reason why together with your order number which you received in the confirmation email after purchasing your impact deleite product. Within 24-48 business hours we will reply to your request and provide you with the shipping address, so you can send the package.

Exchange procedure

As soon as we receive your package in our warehouse we will send you the change and refund you the cost of the shipment.

What happens if the product I want an exchange for has a lower price?

If there is a price difference in your favor, we will refund it to the same account you paid with once the garment arrives at our warehouse.

Return procedure

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will refund you by the original method of payment. The shipping costs will also be refunded if it is your first time returning a Deleitewear item.

Report a damaged item

If you have any concerns that your order has been damaged during delivery or that the product is for some reason defective, please contact us immediately at laura@deleitewear.com, and attach a picture so that we can solve the problem as fast as possible.
